How to schedule an appointment with us:
Please call 303-757-6019 ext. 0 for more information about the Colorado Assessment and Treatment Center, and to arrange to schedule an intake with a therapist. An intake must be completed prior to participating in therapy or accessing psychiatric services.
We will usually return your call within the same business day, or by the following business day. Generally, intakes can be scheduled and completed within one week of referral.

We are located in the Colorado Club building at 4155 E. Jewell Ave, Suite #916 in Denver. We are conveniently located near RTD bus routes and the light rail Colorado Station. Our building is white with balconies, nestled in the NE corner of I25 and Colorado Blvd.
