Mental Health Evaluations
Comprehensive mental health evaluations providing a diagnosis and recommendations. These are for medical, court related, probation, job or school requirements.
Substance Abuse Evaluations
Comprehensive substance abuse evaluations confirming the presence of a substance abuse disorder or not. Used for medical, court related, probation, job or school requirements.
Psych Medication Evaluation
Comprehensive psychiatric medication evaluation with psychiatric nurse practitioner to determine the best medication for you. Prescriptions are written and sent to your pharmacy.
Mental Health Therapy
Weekly individual counseling therapy sessions with your clinician to address symptoms, history, and solutions to your mental health issues.
Substance Abuse Therapy
Weekly individual or group counseling therapy sessions with your clinician to address substance abuse issues and relapse prevention.
Medication Management
Periodic visits with the psychiatric nurse practitioner to determine medication effectiveness, address any side effects, and make adjustments as necessary.
